vrld 2a42c64a35 Replace line drawing via GL_LINE with custom line drawing (issue #153) 
Allows for correctly scaleable lines, (very) big line widths. Corners in
rectangles/triangles/... join up nicely (issue #197).

Bill Meltsner cbff71d089 New font engine is implemented and appears to work perfectly. Bugs may be discovered and the internals can certainly be optimized and improved (at some point, perhaps, a less naive packing algorithm would be nice) but for now, it's good to go.

Rewrote the complete logic to not operate on chars, but on lines and
tokens. Uses std streams, iterators and algorithms.
