lua.window.setPosition: add param waitForSync
...
if waitForSync is false, then SDL_SyncWindow is not called, and so the
method may return before the requested changes actually happen.
This is backwards-compatible with previous behaviour

love.filesystem's require searcher for C modules strips hyphen prefixes.

Matches the behaviour of Lua 5.1 and 5.2's built-in C module searcher.
The error message when a valid C module is loaded but no valid function is found is also improved.
Fixes #2307 .
