Refactor AndroidManifest.

Playstore flavor is now removed. Instead, another "record" flavor added:
* `embedNoRecord` - Embed version without recording support.
* `embedRecord` - Embed version with recording support.
* `normalNoRecord` - Normal version without recording support.
* `normalRecord` - Normal version with recording support.

Moved WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE maxSdkVersion to 28. Although t.externalstorage=true
needs WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE for Android Jelly Bean and earlier, it's needed
for the game downloader to store files in Downloads folder. However the permission
to do it is unnecessary since Android Q (API 29).

Use per-activity theme instead of per-application theme. We need different
theme for the GameActivity and the DownloadActivity.

Modify AndroidManifest.xml again.

The first change is to change the launch mode from singleTop to singleTask.
This hopefully fixes issue with love.filesystem initialization issue.
The second change is to change the accepted mime type to application/octet-stream.

Note that the file association is rather hacky but I can't find any method
which is compatible in Nougat and later as file:// URI is banned there.
