nev6502 569c925c04 Added ability to fire trigger only once (VOLATILE). It's a good thing I did because it exposed an issue with the merge trigger function. The old code was allowing a trigger to exist more than once in the various lists (eg. LogicTriggers), causing major issues when a temporary (VOLATILE) trigger got sprung. This is resolved.

SDL event processing is now done in Call_back. Fixed garbage pixels when opening in game menu dialog. Surrender dialog will now always render. Moved WWKeyboardClass::Head/WWKeyboardClass::Tail to static vars in prep for re-write.

How to use:

For playing back audio you'll need to download the converted wav files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1feetm3tuqTcPc7LAohnu50kseSEX0R7f/view?usp=sharing

The sound folder should be in the same folder as RedAlert.exe
