nev6502 1343dcd1d5 FINALLY finished all vanilla actions and all vanilla events. Every one has been tested along the way. Up next will be utilities as well as functionality to combine 2 triggers to allow for efficient multi triggers and ways to set various trigger options after creating.

SDL2.dll
SDL event processing is now done in Call_back. Fixed garbage pixels when opening in game menu dialog. Surrender dialog will now always render. Moved WWKeyboardClass::Head/WWKeyboardClass::Tail to static vars in prep for re-write.

How to use:

For playing back audio you'll need to download the converted wav files: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1feetm3tuqTcPc7LAohnu50kseSEX0R7f/view?usp=sharing

The sound folder should be in the same folder as RedAlert.exe
