Apply fixes to OpenAL-soft's CMakeLists.txt.
* Disable utils, examples, config install.
* Set lib name in parent scope.
* Add TARGET_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES
* Don't install the default stuff.
* Install our stuff instead.
