Add support for new plugins: DesktopMultiWindow, ScreenRetrieverWindows, and WindowManager

- Registered DesktopMultiWindowPlugin, ScreenRetrieverWindowsPluginCApi, and WindowManagerPlugin in generated_plugin_registrant.cc.
- Updated generated_plugins.cmake to include new plugins in the build configuration.
