Always link against pthread when using autotools ( resolves #1410 )
...
Theoretically I could enable it on a case-by-case basis, but as of now glslang,
physfs and the thread module all require pthread, so I might as well just
always link it in.

Update autotools build system
...
Make genmodules create a simpler Makefile.am:
Instead of generating separate rules for modules and implementations, just create rules for modules and lua libraries
Disable selection of non-lua libraries, they will now be built when needed.
Also disable selection of implementations, because that was useless anyway.
Note: inter-module dependencies aren't dealt with (yet).

- Removed unused platform/unix/gen-makefile
- Added current version as suffix to the built library (now liblove-0.11.0.so, for example)
- Added target version to configure.ac
- Include .lua files as sources, so they get included in 'make dist'

Make stb_image only use SSE2 on x86_64, or when an override has been set ( fixes #1173 )

Turns out, this is a gcc bug: detecting sse2 support cannot be done in shared
libraries. For now we'll assume 32-bit x86 builds are intended to also run on
devices without SSE2 (how old!). In the future we might decide we only support
machines that support SSE2, if we secretly don't already.

Add initial video playback support for Ogg Theora videos (resolves issue #66.)

The basic APIs are:
video = love.graphics.newVideo("myvideo.ogv")
love.graphics.draw(video, ...) -- Video objects are Drawables.
video:play(), video:pause()
video:getDuration(), video:tell(), video:rewind(), video:seek(seconds)
video:getSource()
video:getWidth(), video:getHeight(), video:setFilter(min, mag)
More advanced APIs include video:setSource(source), video:getStream(), and videostream:setSync.
To use a custom pixel shader when drawing a Video, call the new TexelVideo(texcoords) function instead of Texel(texture, texcoords) in order to get the pixel colors of a video frame.

Removed the DevIL backend from love.image. Replaced it with PNG and JPEG encoders/decoders via LodePNG, zlib, and libjpeg-turbo.
...
PNG and JPEG are now the only two supported image formats, aside from compressed DDS (DXT, etc.)

- Use pkg-config for a couple of love's requirements
- Build on OSX
- Use newer versions of FreeType2
- Get a slightly better error message using automagic

Uses SDL2's sdl2.m4 macros, which are installed along with SDL2. This ensures
that the correct flags are given to the compiler and linker.
